twice removed
we are a family tied by a goal; a future - perhaps an origin. we have not yet a memory of a past. we will change, build and develop with experience and with time. our boundaries have yet to be forged.
in this exhibition we seek to investigate a myriad of connections, bonds and relations. our work approaches photographic image-making with consideration to the fracture and manipulation of relationships. from their creation, ideas have been mimicked, appropriated, elevated and nurtured. in this way, the family has been extended and divorced from the connections that each member has with their own individual practice. we have created and re-created, until the exhibition is itself twice removed.
